Wedding Music Pricing

 Ceremony Only

   Includes all the music needed for your wedding ceremony, up to 1.5 hours of time:

Prelude (seating of guests)
Seating of Parents and Grandparents
Processional Music for Bridesmaids
Processional Music for Bride
Guitar Solo for Unity Candle, rose presentation, lighting of the memorial candle, etc.
Recessional Music (Bride and Groom and Wedding Party)
Postlude (exiting of family and guests)

   I start playing about 30 minutes prior to the official start of the ceremony and end after the guests have exited.

Ceremony and 1 hr. Reception

This is the most popular choice. Includes all the music services as the "Cemermony Only" package PLUS 1 hour of live guitar music at your reception.

Total Fee: $250
 

 Ceremony and 2 hr. Reception

Best of both. Includes all the music services as the "Cemermony Only" option PLUS 2 hours of live guitar music at your reception. You save over $50.

  Reception Only Or Rehearsal Dinners 
  
   Don't forget the Reception and Rehearsal Dinner.
 
   The IDEAL background music for dinner! Enjoy beautiful guitar music during your rehearsal or reception dinner. Larry's guitar music will create a relaxing and pleasurable atmosphere for your special event. Your guests can still enjoy conversations and laughter without overpowering them with loud music.
 
   For the reception, I usually start playing before the meal, as the guests and family arrive and while they're waiting for the photo session or receiving line to finish (before the DJ and dance starts). 
 
   Solo guitar is a traditional and well-loved accompaniment to festive meals and live music allows for special individual touches. I can, for example, play a reprise of the processional song as you and your husband make your entrance to the reception or function-room, or in other ways tailor the music especially for you.
  
Total Fee:  1 Hour . . . . . $ 95
                  1.5 Hours . . .$140
                  2 Hours . . . . $175
 
 
Canon in D (with strings) 
A $50 deposit is required. Due to the high volume of inquiries I receive, I cannot hold or reserve the wedding date until a signed copy of the contract and the $50 deposit is received by Larry Hollifield. Balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the wedding day.
  • Travel is included within the greater Wichita area.

He will then sign it and send you a copy back. Contact Larry first to see if the date is available and to go over the details of services needed.

Rehearsals:

 
Please Note: The wedding rehearsal is NOT included in the wedding fee. Typically, necessary information is communicated prior to the ceremony through email, phone and other means of contact, and this is perfectly sufficient. It is important that someone be a designated contact person for Larry, to assist in set-up and ceremony cues. Larry Hollifield will arrive early on the day of the wedding service to check on any last minute directions or changes.
